Mindi Mond | New York wants you to be delighted with your fine jewelry purchase. To ensure a hassle-free transaction, sales are subject to the following terms:

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Please let us know if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, and we will do our best to fix it.

Stock items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.  We must receive the item in unworn condition in the original packaging with the tag still attached.  For international orders, please notify us of your intention to return within 10 days and ensure that the item reaches us within another 10 days.  Customers are responsible for return shipping, including suitable packing and insurance for the full value of the item.

Special order items are final sale.

Refunds will be made to your original payment source.  Contact us for return shipping instructions.

FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING

Orders are typically filled within 5 business days of receipt and shipped via insured priority carrier. Due to the nature of the items, we require signatures upon delivery. If you require further expedition, please contact us.

Special orders typically require 6 weeks’ lead time.  We will advise you if it will take us longer to fulfill your request.

International customers are responsible for any applicable VAT taxes or duties.

CARAT WEIGHTS

Clarity and Fancy Cut Collections

Items in the Clarity and Fancy Cut Collections are handmade and carat weights may vary slightly. All diamonds are G/H color and within the VS range. Order processing times may vary depending on stock availability.

Reconceived and Icon Collections

Since the foundation of each Reconceived and Icon piece is a unique period original, carat weights are estimated. We do not risk damage by removing the gemstones from their original settings in order to weigh them. Each Reconceived piece may have various metals due to the reconceiving process. We provide a letter of authenticity to provide further details such as various stone cuts, metals and originating period.

Lady M Collection

Certain items in the Lady M Collection are vintage and clearly labeled as such. The disclosure for Reconceived and Icon Collections applies to these items.

We may occasionally contact our customers by email with product news and offers; however, you may opt out of those communications at any time. Your credit card information is carefully protected by our trusted partner [Stripe] according to their terms and conditions.
